kununu has named us a Top Company 2026. And yes: we’re genuinely happy about it. Not because a logo looks nice on a website, but because this award is based on independent employee reviews. Meaning: the feedback doesn’t come from the marketing department, it comes straight from everyday working life.
One detail we particularly like: across the DACH region, only around 5% of companies qualify for this seal each year.
What does “Top Company 2026” actually mean?
In short: kununu recognises employers that stand out positively in their reviews. No jury, no stage, no casting show. Just real voices from people who work here, or used to.
Why does this matter to us?
Because transparency counts. Anyone looking for a job today doesn’t just want to read about “values”, they want to see whether those values are lived. kununu makes that perspective visible, unfiltered.
And honestly: a good result feels good. But it’s not a trophy you put on a shelf and forget about. It’s more of a reminder: keep going.
What works well here?
We’re a company where things get said rather than swept under the carpet. Where solutions matter more than blame. And where responsibility doesn’t live on slides, but in daily work.
That sounds simple. Sometimes it is. And sometimes it’s hard work. But that’s exactly what creates collaboration you can feel: in projects, in customer contact and in everyday work. We like to discuss things, but we also make decisions and get things over the line.
